1. General Information

This website showcases the portfolio of Artlyane and offers original artwork for purchase through a print-on-demand service, as well as commission-based artwork and makeup artistry services.

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Artlyane unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent. Sharing artwork on social media is permitted with proper credit to Artlyane. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Purchases & Print-on-Demand Orders

Artlyane offers original artwork through Gelato, a print-on-demand service that handles shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

All sales are final; returns and refunds are subject to Gelato’s policies.

Artlyane is not responsible for production, shipping delays, or defects in prints—these issues must be addressed directly with Gelato.

4. Commissions (Custom Artwork)

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.

- The final balance must be paid before the artwork is delivered.

- Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

- Artlyane retains full copyright to commissioned artwork; the client receives personal use rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Two revisions are included in the price; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

- Completion timelines will be communicated based on project scope.

5. Makeup Bookings

- A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.

- Cancellations within [30] days of the appointment result in forfeited deposits.

- Rescheduling is subject to availability.

- Artlyane is not responsible for allergic reactions. Clients must disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities before the appointment.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

- Artlyane is not responsible for third-party service issues, including but not limited to Gelato’s printing quality, shipping, or platform errors.

- While every effort is made to ensure website accuracy, errors may occur, and Artlyane reserves the right to correct any information at any time.

- All services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Artlyane reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Canadian law.
